Artist Tours Group, LLC partners and/or their agents, are providing services and cannot accept responsibility in whole or in part for any delays, delayed departures or arrivals, missed carrier connections, accidents, loss damage or injury to persons or property.  Airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board the aircraft.  Tickets are issued in accordance with tariffs, terms and conditions of suppliers and when issued shall constitute sole contract between airline, owner or contractor, and the purchaser of this tour or tour member.  The right is reserved by Artist Tours Group, LLC to alter the itinerary or arrangements in the event it becomes necessary or advisable, to best serve the tour participants.  By purchasing this tour the participant acknowledges and accepts these conditions.
